Returns and refunds
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives at your door safely and correctly. All items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Please take a few moments when order is received to check the contents of your shipment. If you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact Customer Services using our Contact Us page. All returned items must be returned with original packaging and original invoice or copy. We will not give a credit or refund for merchandise not reported within 14 days or without verification.
For personal products or health and beauty products we only accept returns if the product is unused and all packets are sealed.

For orders that are damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise. Where a refund is authorised, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to arrive in your account.

• The RMA number MUST BE displayed on the outside of the box or packet.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and products must be returned within this period.
